... and about Eric

A builder from a young age, Eric earned a degree in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University. He began his building career by training with master craftsmen and custom homebuilders in Ashland and Jacksonville, Oregon. Even while attending OSU, he worked for a production framing crew in the summers.

After two years as a project engineer for a Portland firm, Eric returned to Southern Oregon to start his first business, Pearson Built Construction. The business grew as Eric worked on new homes, remodels, and additions. Eventually, Eric found a niche as a framing sub-contractor. He framed over 70 homes in Medford and Klamath Falls, Oregon. He also worked for a short time in Northern California as an estimator for a large commercial contractor.

In 2016, with new construction on the rise,  Eric returned to his roots as a builder. He began building new homes on the Oregon coast and Eugene, and he expanded into excavation. Over time, he developed strong relationships with local suppliers, general contractors, and subcontractors.

Now a seasoned home builder, Eric has returned to Ashland, and the circle is complete. His lifetime of experience building in the Beaver State is reflected in his new company name, Oregon Home Builders. Eric knows how to build a solid home that will withstand the climate and weather conditions of both the coast and the valley.

Eric is a graduate of Oregon State University and Ashland High School.
